Chef J and helper, K, competed with about 27 other teams in Snowbird on Saturday. Although June 20th is usually a warm, summer day, this one felt more like early spring with flash flood warnings and very cool temperatures. The chilly conditions caused some trouble for J. However, out of over 25 teams his pork came in 10th! Congratulations, Big Pig Parade!
