The Magic-est place on Earth

I know, I know, there's no such word as magic-est, but that's the way I describe our recent trip to Disneyland!

We left on Wednesday night and were at Disneyland bright and early Thursday morning, meeting daughter A and her husband J (the Ute's) family and other daughter M with grandkidlet S.  S was afraid of any character with a big head like Minnie here!  But Good King N was totally happy with a hug from the cute mouse.  And I sure wasn't afraid of her!
When the kids saw the castle in the background, they were pretty excited!
Cute little curly haired tangled S!
We waited in line for over an hour to get a hands on (literally) session with three princesses.  However, S's favorite, Cinderella, wasn't there that time.  We saw Snow White, Aurora and Belle.
You have to wear 3D eye glasses for the "It's Tough to be a Bug" movie.  Good King N and eldest grandson D were total dudes in them!
N got a kick out of this ride down Main Street!

On Friday, we were treated to the Core Dance Studio's performances in the Carnation Pavillion.  I, D and A did wonderful jobs in their dances.  All of the studio's dancers were fabulous and daughter A's costumes were beautiful!
Bug's Land was definitely a favorite for these two.  You really do feel like a bug - everything is so big!  Those are grass blades in the background.
We visited some fairies in Pixie land - S liked Tinkerbell - no large head!
 N liked her, too.
" I" stayed with S and me while the others went on the Tower of Terror (by the way, my favorite ride there!)  She was thrilled that she was old enough and tall enough to go in the bumper "bugs" all by herself!
S might have been to the ocean before, but I don't think she had gone IN.  This was a thrill for her (and her mommy!)
Big cousin, little cousin sittin on a beach ball at the beach...oh youth!
You can't go to the beach without making a sand....castle?
Eldest grandson D.  Wow is he getting big!
They decorate Disneyland so beautifully during Halloween time.
Grandpa, S and A, waiting in line for the tea cups.  I had no problem whatsoever NOT going on this ride.  Barf...
Great fun getting your brains sloshed around!
The Fairy Godmother made a personal visit to our breakfast table.  I would like to be a Fairy Godmother!  What a fun job!

The old folks.  It's fun to see Disneyland through young eyes like we did - something we haven't done since we took our little ones the first time.
The Princess Luncheon and Snow White
Finally Cinderella!  Up close and personal.  This was S's favorite.
One of MY little princesses.
This is a picture of M and me on the screen after we got scared to death on the Tower of Terror.  We are in the front row.  I'm on the aisle and M is next to me.  That is a FUN ride!

By the way, all of the pictures were taken with my brand new Iphone 4S.  I think that phone was made specifically for me!  I love it!
