Italian in Mexico

Our resort includes all-inclusive meals. We can eat at various places at the resort including two reservation-only places; one is Italian, the other is Chinese.  Last night we had chicken parmesiana and some sort of turkey medallions with rotellini at the Italian restaurant.  The food was okay, but it was nice and quiet in the restaurant and we enjoyed ourselves, regardless of how I look in this picture!
