We found a condo for a steal and forced the B-bird out. Well, I guess you could say we pushed and he jumped! It's a two bedroom, two bath with laundry spot for washer and dryer and a decent size kitchen and family room. After B leaves on his mission, we will rent it out and make $, at least that's the plan. Until then, B-bird will learn the ropes of living on his own and hopefully finding a roommate. He and his girlfriend not only emptied out his room at home (except the closet), but also even hung up his clothes in the new place and put pictures on the walls.
