Daughter M and I took some time out the first week of my summer to work on her birthday present - flower arrangements. At first M was a little worried about how to do it. D,I, and A came over to play and enjoyed being with their aunt, cousin, and Nana.
M is getting the hang of it.

Since the birds own the bbq, D cooked hotdogs on the griddle.
And Nana made a lunch that looked like a funny face, sorta like A's right here!
Amongst all the fun we are also starting a new project. Hubby has arranged for more dirt to be moved away from our walk out basement area and some dirt along the side of the house to be leveled. Here are a few pictures.
More work was done after this, but those pictures will be posted later when the rocks are set for the water features we will be installing.
