We spent the morning with family at the Mt. Timpanogos Temple and then enjoyed watching the Olympics with S and J, napping, and then had enough energy to want to go out to the drag races (FREE with the Pass of all Passes) that evening. Drag racing is not a drag.
It was REALLY loud!
M LOVES anything that is loud and moves!
Our favorite was the race with two cars with jet engines. There was lots of flame!
The fastest car went 234 miles per hour! The fastest motorcycle went about 190!
It's hard to sit on a hard bench for very long, so after doing that at first, we found that not only are the cars less loud on the nice hill nearer the finish, but it's very comfortable.
And it's really fun to roll down the hill!
And then to race back up the hill!
And if you get lucky, a nice man will let you sit in his 13,800 lb. race TRUCK!
